Workshops
'The rules of the game, however absurd, cannot be altered by playing
that game. Language can become a screen which stands between the thinker
and reality. This is the reason why true creativity often starts where
language ends.' That is one of the roles I bring offering people
accuracy beyond the crisis of endless decisions.
Andrew Campbell, 2008.
Between us, we have over fifteen years of experience of developing and
facilitating workshops. We bring with us, unique capabilities in
facilitating a wide range of events on creativity, personal development
and leadership development. Our ability to hold issues and work in the
here and now is supplemented by our familiarity with successful
methodologies, tools and techniques which can be deployed if required.
We tend to sketch out ideas for events while leaving plenty of room for
new possibilities as they arise in the moment- therefore, we do not work
to strict schedules or ‘programmes’.
We currently offer personal development workshops for people interested
in deepening their understanding of Presencing and Theory U through
experiential and peer learning.
This may be of interest to anyone who is interested in being more alive
to the moment and how this may enrich their personal and working lives.
We also offer bespoke workshops either as standalone events or as
an integral part of a larger event. An example of this is our recent
work with Billy Lui, a Canadian entrepreneur and an army medic who has
participated in many major humanitarian missions. It is Billy’s dream to
set up a new venture, Monticle, which is dedicated to the development of
youths. Our role in partnering with Billy is to help design and
facilitate a holistic event. We combine our depth of experience in
learning, creativity and facilitation with Billy’s expertise in the
development of physical and mental endurance in the outdoors. Through
activities and dialogue, we hope to help young people bring into
awareness at an early age, the importance of context and relationships
when they are engaged in the act of leading. For more information, see
